School Safety
Frances Wittenberg is dedicated to making sure that school safety is the number one priority. With over 20 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD), she is confident that she can make sure that the school board is doing everything it can to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
Wittenberg's campaign focuses on ensuring that our students are given the best possible educational environment and that their safety and security are of utmost importance. She is committed to advocating for our students and their families and will work tirelessly to ensure they receive the best possible resources.
Defending Educators
As the PTA Secretary for Lakewood Elementary, she continues to provide feedback to ensure educators' voices are heard, understood, and acknowledged. She is committed to defending and equipping teachers with the necessary resources to provide quality education for all students. Her initiatives are driven by a desire to create an environment where every student can thrive and reach their highest potential.
Her experience as a Professional Military Educator, teaching for four years in the military, gives her insight into what educators need to implement their lesson plan and deliver their curriculum through
different classroom management methods.
Advocate for all School and Community Stakeholders
Frances Wittenberg strives to create open and transparent communication between all stakeholders, including parents, educators, school administrators, and school board members. She believes real progress can only be achieved when everyone involved is heard, especially when there are times when conversations could lead to disagreements. Her problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage change are critical now in our children's education experience. There are several initiatives and a variety of methods that she plans to offer providing stakeholders to be part of the solution to implement a proactive change.
